In addition to my robust real estate background, I have played a pivotal role in facilitating lease agreements for some of the most prominent Asian restaurant franchises seeking prime locations in New York City. Over the past few years, I have successfully negotiated and secured leases for five distinguished spaces, including a sought-after 4-star hotel encompassing the second and third floors, strategically positioned in the heart of the Financial District. This accomplishment reflects my commitment to delivering exceptional results and navigating complex real estate scenarios with precision.
Le was great with helping me and my roommate with finding our apartment. He was extremely accommodating to our needs and answered all of our questions so fast. He went above and beyond for us and even connected us with a contact and delivered us our AC units.
